I'm Andrew Wilde, the founder of A.L.W. Plumbing and Heating. After working as a plumber for many years, I decided to take the leap and start my own business in 2012. The technician advised her to top up the water, claiming he had already shown her how to do it, and refused to visit her house for two weeks. Two independent plumbers later verified that there was a fault with the boiler, which was repaired by one of them. This experience left Robert Hannan's mother without central heating or hot water for two weeks during the winter months.
