Quantity Surveying

Our team of chartered surveyors provides financial advice from inception through to practical completion of works on site. We offer a range of services, including:

• Initial budget estimates from sketch proposals
• More detailed budgets and cost advice during the design development
• Professional tendering of projects to obtain competitive and accurate quotations from contractors
• Advice on the most suitable form of contract for each scheme
• Providing financial control during the works on site, including calculating monthly valuations, agreeing variations, and preparing and agreeing final accounts

Project Management

We offer single-point project management services, providing a single contact point for the entire development. This allows our clients to be relieved of the responsibility of coordinating the design and consultants both pre- and post-contract. Our services include:

• Arranging and chairing all meetings with consultants during the design stages
• Assisting with the appointment of all consultants, including architects and specialist consultants as required
• Providing quantity surveying services as above
• Coordinating all consultants to ensure the design progresses and all parties are kept up to date with amendments both pre- and post-contract
• Arranging and chairing all meetings with contractors and consultants while the works are on site
• Requesting information from the client as and when required to ensure smooth progress from start to finish

Principal Designers

Our designers provide full duties of principal designers from inception to completion and assist and advise clients on their responsibilities under the current CDM Regulation.
