Founded by Chris White, our company has built a solid reputation for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the industrial and commercial property market. With our main office located in Birmingham, we offer a personal, professional, and quality service to our clients, backed by a wealth of experience.

Our Story

Chris White, our founder, has been involved in the industrial and commercial property sector since the mid-1960s. He started his career in London, becoming a partner in one of the leading industrial property agencies in the country at the age of 26. In 1977, he moved to Birmingham to establish the industrial property agency department for his employer, looking after the property interests of many major industrialists, developers, and investment clients. Chris went on to establish White Rose Real Estates in 1988.

Luke Neal, our current director, joined the company straight from school in 2006 and secured his degree on a day release basis from Birmingham City University. He gained his Chartered Surveyor status in 2014 and is now both a Director and shareholder of White Rose. Luke's many and varied interests include football, motor racing, and travelling.
