Poor Experience with Customer Service
One reviewer, Jane Hodgetts, had a disastrous experience with Wellington Carpets. She claimed that the flooring installation was subpar, with gaps in the flooring and different wood colors used. When she attempted to address the issue with the manager/boss, she was met with arrogance and rudeness. The manager offered a refund, but Jane was seeking a credit note or a forward-looking solution, not a refund. The interaction ended with the manager calling her partner to say that Jane was angry, which only added to her frustration.
