We believe that people from diverse backgrounds bring a unique set of skills and experiences, which is reflected in our Director, Andrew Snape's, background. Before setting up Snape Munroe, Andrew spent 8 years with national property consultants CB Richard Ellis in Leeds and Manchester.

This includes schedules of dilapidations and condition, building surveys, feasibility studies, and the project management of refurbishment, alteration, and repair works. From our strategic base in Keighley, near Bradford in West Yorkshire, we are able to economically and effectively service instructions nationally, with a regional focus on Yorkshire, the North West, including Central, East, and West Lancashire, and the North of England, including Cumbria, Northumberland, and Tyneside.
